Here in Philippines weather is changing it's temperature but this month we suffer floods due to rainy season. All that
I prepare for the elderly is to carry their umbrella and coat all the time and they must have
an assistant to guide them and take care of their nutrition with vegetable soup that's
good for their energy and when they having colds they must relax
and eat fruits that are full of vitamin C...

CommentsEvery hurricane season I live day to day praying we won't be hit with a major storm. I truly don't know how I would handle being without power and water. My husband is on O2 24/7 and has multiple health issues plus he cannot walk. We have 2 dogs so going to a shelter is out of the question plus husband is far too ill for that. I guess we'll just get in the car and hope to out drive the storm. I pray it will never happen.
