From Sylvia in Columbus, GA:  Get copies of the patient's medical records, including lab results and notes, as soon as possible in order to make corrections. Attend ALL care plan meetings to become aware of any concerns and procedure changes.

The best ideas and solutions for taking care of your loved one often come from other caregivers. Please post your ideas and insights and we will share them with your fellow caregivers.
