Tra la! It's here!
That shocking time of year
When tons of wicked little thoughts
Merrily appear!
It's May! It's May!
The lusty month of May!

Camelot
Music by Ken Darby, Frederick Loewe
Lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner

I guess you would think that singing about the arrival of May in the middle of the month is a little strange. Well, I meant to do it a few weeks ago, but have been so darned busy checking off all I need to do to recognize the healthcare commemorations taking place this month....read more

A Caregiver’s Lesson
By Iris Graville

Sharing Wisdom

From Julie in New Jersey

Since both my parents are on lots of medications, I created a medication list for each of them with my name and number as an emergency contact at the top of the list. They carry their lists along with them to all their doctors’ appointments. Every time there is a change, I update it and print it out for them. The doctors love this; it keeps everyone up to date and informed.

I also created an account with a free file hosting service. I save all my parents’ documents on this site. I can access it from any computer and even my cellphone. When I make a change to a document at my office, I can go home and access the updated version.

I hope these tips help. Have a great day everyone!
