Editor-in-Chief Gary Barg sits down
with Dr. Arnot to talk about family
caregiving, the importance of
becoming healthcare disruptors and
other matters of the heart.
Gary
Barg: Your
dad passed away
after a massive
heart attack. I
was hoping you
would talk a
little bit about
your role as a
family
caregiver.
Bob
Arnot:
Well, with both

Lighting Increase the amount of lighting directly
over the task that you are doing. Focus the light
directly onto what you are doing...continued How/where do I find someone to "talk" to
when I am at my wit's end? I have a caregiver
therapist, but I see him once a week for 50 minutes and it
is expensive. The moments I need to vent the most don't
always coincide with my appointment. Is there a
24-hour chat line? How do I get on it?
